The fees are set – for each litigation – by direct negotiation between our office representatives and the client, taking into account the following aspects/elements:
- The nature and the difficulty of the litigation;
- The time allocated to solving the litigation;
- The results favourable to the client.
The expenses related to the lawyer’s activities (taxes of any kind, fees for experts/executor/notary/translator, transportation, accommodation, food) are considered additional expenses and will be paid by the client, in addition to the lawyer fee set by the written contract.
Our office does not request from the clients the following types of fees:
- Fee per worked hour;
- Flat fee;
- Subscription;
- Success fee.
In litigations related to debts recoveries, the fee will be computed having as basis the amount of the debt to be recovered.
